At Vitesco Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Taxation Director to lead our tax management team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all tax-related activities, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with local and international tax obligations.

They will develop effective tax strategies that maximize financial performance and minimize tax risk, leading the preparation and filing of tax returns, as well as tax audit management.

A collaborative approach is essential, working closely with other departments to integrate tax strategies into business operations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree in Taxation highly desirable
  • Strong experience in tax returns, deferred taxes, transfer pricing, and tax compliance
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive/manufacturing sector
  • Previous experience in a Big 4 accounting firm highly valued
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

This is a full-time position, with possible relocation opportunities within the company.
