Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and investigate Salesforce Quality Cases from various data streams in real-time.
  • Identify and verify legitimate issues, and implement recommendations based on received inputs.
  • Coordinate with the Operations, Business Development, and Emergency Manager teams to resolve quality issues efficiently.
  • Manage and generate weekly/monthly reports using established templates.
  • Develop and implement creative problem-solving ideas to improve quality-related issues and reporting systems.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • At least two years of professional experience in dispatch, call center, customer service, or hospitality.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin is a significant plus.
  • Previous call center/dispatching experience, preferably in transportation, security, or emergency response, is desired.
  • Ability to listen effectively and understand driver/bus partner/passenger needs to provide creative solutions.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, as our operation is 24/7.
  • Passion for public transportation and a strong interest in the bus market.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to make critical decisions in the interest of safety and customer service.
