We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Operations Representative to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Network Operation Center (NOC), you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the flow of information between different stakeholders, including transportation carriers, hubs, and warehouses.
- Resolve potential issues that impact customer experience and business continuity.
- Work across two verticals: Inbound and Outbound operations.
- Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of freight from vendors to Amazon fulfillment centers and from Amazon FCs to carrier hubs.
- Monitor and analyze network data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with external and internal customers, including carriers, vendors, and Amazon teams.
- Escalate problems or variances in information and data to relevant owners and teams.
- Provide real-time customer experience by working in a 24/7 operating environment.
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 6 months of work experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment.
