At Oocl Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative- International to join our team.

We are one of the world's largest integrated international container transportation, logistics and terminal companies. As one of Hong Kong's most recognized global brands, we provide customers with fully integrated logistics and containerized transportation services, with a network that encompasses Asia, Europe, the Americas, Africa and Australasia.

This position requires a collaborative mindset as your daily interactions will include working with our customers and with many people in various departments within our organization in a team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accomplish all aspects of ocean, air and landside operations and Purchase Order Management from pre-arrival to final delivery in a timely and efficient manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and service exceptions with effective communication with clients, origin offices, ocean and air carriers, Customs brokers, delivery agents and other vendors to provide updates and facilitate streamlined deliveries
  • Monitor import/ export shipments, provide transit and provider updates to all origin shipping offices, tracking and tracing as required, and timely resolutions and responses to internal and external client base
  • Assist local and foreign Sales representatives and with ocean, air and trucking rates from multiple providers based on best experience and local knowledge
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Effective written and oral communication skills (English and Spanish)
  • Focus on customer service/ satisfaction and building excellent client and vendor relationships
  • High proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Strong time management skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, analytical, detail and team-oriented skill set
  • 4+ years FFW/3PL customer service experience
