Job Responsibilities

As a Pest Control Specialist at Ecolab, you will be responsible for providing pest solutions to our customers. This includes:

• Delivering pest control services to commercial businesses, retail stores, food and beverage processing plants, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, and schools
• Conducting regular inspections to identify potential pest issues
• Developing and implementing effective pest control strategies
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and pest control activities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A strong understanding of pest biology and behavior
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
