We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals who are passionate about driving business results and improving processes.



Job Summary


  • The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing supply chain activities from procurement to manufacturing, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget.
  • This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to identify and resolve issues that may impact product delivery.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits.


About the Role


  • This is a full-time position based in Monterrey, Mexico.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supply chain activities, including procurement, sourcing, and inventory management.
  • This role will also involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements, as well as identifying and mitigating risks that may impact product delivery.
  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management or engineering, and at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Key Responsibilities


  2. Procurement and Sourcing: Manage procurement and sourcing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  3. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  4. Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact product delivery, including supply chain disruptions and quality control issues.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management or engineering.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in SAP and other relevant software applications.
