To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're seeking a Simulation Engineer located in Aguascalientes. Reporting to the Director, Simulation Technology, this role will ensure the continuity of IT systems by providing planning, technical business, and project coordination necessary to implement, architect, design, build, test, implement, develop software, and resolve technical business solutions that automate specific business processes.

• Analyze and research data related to operational metrics and manufacturing environments.
• Deploy Discrete Event Simulation software in production environments.
• Use advanced software development techniques to create connected factory systems.
• Set up manufacturing processes, optimize processes, and solve operational issues using expert-level industrial engineering knowledge.
• Develop simulations, promote effective data management and visualization, and provide global SME technical support.
• Perform optimization and machine/operator/station utilization studies.
• Research and implement new technologies to optimize simulation processes.

We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in industrial engineering, mechatronics, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Discrete Event Simulation software and experience with advanced software development techniques, industrial engineering, and Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
