The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing quotations of new products and engineering changes, equipment expenses. Key objectives include maintaining profitability, effectiveness, adaptability, responsiveness, quality, and the continuous improvement of products throughout their life cycle.

Successful candidates should possess strong analytical ability and be proficient in a range of industrial engineering tools such as work measurement, simulation, process mapping, facilities and workstation design, operations research, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of new projects, engineering changes or improvements needed.
  • Update and maintain equipment KPI's.
  • Develop a deep understanding of line capacity analysis and communication with customer & sales department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop a solid process and data to support process improvement.
  • Maintain project timelines and financial health, according to milestones, with regular communication with corporate team.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of industrial engineering tools (ie. Work measurement, simulation, process mapping, facilities and workstation design, operations research, etc.)
  • Able to design and implement process improvements using design of experiments.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Highly motivated and self-managed to achieve results.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
