We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team at CSL Plasma Inc. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in process management, with experience in leading projects to improve performance, quality, efficiency, and cost.
As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing process improvements in support of CSL's best practices. You will work closely with other sites/functions in the global CSL network to coordinate site-wide project activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and six sigma principles. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required, along with 5+ years of experience in process management. Six sigma certification/training is also highly valued.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process improvements in support of CSL's best practices
- Lead and coordinate projects to improve performance, quality, efficiency, and cost
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators
- Ensure projects are rolled out and delivered according to milestones and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
