**Job Description Summary**:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITY
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Bd. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, materials management, and supply chain coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Ensuring timely and proper supply of raw materials to meet production schedules and maintain desirable inventory levels.
• Maintaining vendor information, including blocked invoices and quality records, in accordance with our Supplier Management Program.
• Managing Purchase Price Variances (PPV) and maintaining SAP past due open transactions.
• Maintaining communication with vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Analyzing and resolving supply chain issues to minimize delays and costs.
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting to management as required.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
Bilingual.
APICS courses desirable.
Minimum of one year of experience in procurement, production control, logistics, or inventory control.
