HSE Professional

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Professional to join our team in Durango, Mexico.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and environmental management, with experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, and 50001 standards.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a system that meets or exceeds customer expectations in terms of quality, health, and safety, environment, and energy performance.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and diseases in a timely manner and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure that internal and external failures of management systems, ISO, are documented and that corrective actions are issued and implemented in the plant.
• Supervise the correct control, handling, and disposal of waste and chemical products.
• Follow up on department indicators and develop relevant action plans.
• Ensure that risks are identified and managed within the process.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Specialization in Improvement and Productivity, Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Management Systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the area.
• Medium English language proficiency.
