A leading company in the mass consumption of beverages is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead their industrial safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement preventive safety actions and initiatives across plants to ensure a safe working environment.
- Analyze risks and develop preventive strategies, ensuring compliance with legal safety regulations and industry standards.
- Communicate safety information to all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring employees are informed and trained on safety measures.
- Lead and manage internal and external audits, reviewing emergency plans and incorporating lessons from incidents into preventive measures.
- Evaluate and continuously improve safety processes, prioritizing investment needs based on audit findings and risk analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Security Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Risk Management, or a related field.
- English as a second language (proficient level) is a requirement.
- Experience in the beverage industry is essential, with a focus on industrial safety in plants.
- Administrator of industrial safety management systems in plants is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Project Management.
- Deep knowledge of legal health and safety guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and risk assessments.
- Up-to-date industrial safety certification.
- Certified Machinery Safety Expert (CMSE).
