Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Verification Engineer to join our innovative team at Micron Technology. This role will be responsible for developing and verifying complex memory technologies, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-performance DRAM, NAND, and NOR memory and storage products through our Micron and Crucial brands. Our relentless focus on customers, technology leadership, and manufacturing and operational excellence enables us to drive innovation and transform how the world uses information.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and verify complex memory technologies using state-of-the-art methodologies and tools.
  • Collaborate closely with design, verification, and product engineering teams worldwide to ensure project success.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Evaluate functionality and performance of full-chip and block-level circuit designs.
  • Develop and maintain verification infrastructure and environment.
  • Port-over probe and burn DFT patterns into the verification flow.
  • Assist product engineering teams with circuit and simulation support during post-silicon validation phase.

Requirements

  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent with at least 3-7 years of industry experience.
  • Deep understanding in CMOS and DRAM circuit design and operation.
  • Familiarity with SystemVerilog testbench/UVM/Constrained Random verification methodology.
  • Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Self-driven, dedicated and the ability to multitask.

What Sets You Apart

  • Good understanding of ASIC design flow including RTL design, verification, logic synthesis, and timing analysis.
  • Familiarity with digital and analog simulation methodology and tools.
  • Familiarity with RTL development for logic or mixed-signal circuits.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
