Operations Team Manager Job Summary
The Operations Team Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of operations personnel across multiple sites. This position oversees the day-to-day operations, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and ensures operational excellence and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of operations staff located across 3 different sites
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive continuous improvement
- Monitor team performance, set goals, and provide coaching and mentorship to drive professional development
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives involving the operations team
- Identify and resolve operational issues, bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies
- Analyze metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with other department leads to ensure alignment and integration of operations
- Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior management
- Foster a positive, productive, and engaged team culture
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an operations leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in data analysis and process improvement methodologies
- Experience working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
About the Team:
The Operations Team Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our operations across multiple sites. This position requires a strong leader who can manage and develop a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with other department leads to ensure alignment and integration of operations.

- Has 5+ years of experience in an operations leadership role
- Has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Has proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Has strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Has excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Is proficient in data analysis and process improvement methodologies
- Has experience working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
