Product Support Team Manager

The RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Product Support Team Manager. In this role, you will be accountable for guiding a team of 7 Operations Associates in resolving complex user issues, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving operational performance.
Main Responsibilities- Coaching and developing team members to excel in their roles
- Managing the operational performance of the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identifying process improvements to scale operations and enhance user experience
- Ensuring the team has the necessary skills and resources to succeed
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in leading Customer Service teams and managing performance
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver best results and promote partnership
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
As a Product Support Team Manager at Stripe, you can expect a competitive salary: $123,000 - $163,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
