Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Strategist to provide full-cycle recruitment support to our client group(s). As a key member of our team, you will develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to support our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management & Engagement
    • Lead strategic kick-off calls to understand hiring needs
    • Conduct/review talent supply & demand analysis and educate hiring managers and HR partners on talent marketplace dynamics
    • Coach clients on how to be brand ambassadors to attract key talent
    • Schedule and lead recurring check-ins with hiring managers
  • Recruitment Strategies
    • Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for assigned functional areas and roles
    • Identify optimal channels for advertising roles and post jobs accordingly
    • Review QDIP dashboard and implement countermeasures to address challenges throughout the recruitment process
    • Attend career fairs and other events to engage with talent
  • Operational Responsibilities
    • Follow standard work guidelines for each tollgate of the recruiting process
    • Ensure job description compliance (e.g., branding, inclusive language, translations)
    • Coordinate with local HR on immigration and works council consultation
    • Follow standard work for engagement and onboarding of recruitment agencies for individual reqs
    • Request interview schedules and order gating assessments as appropriate
    • Enter offer details in Workday and coordinate with TA Coordinators/HR on offer letters/employment agreements
  • Additional Projects/Roles
    • May act as DEITA SME
    • May act as technology champion (e.g., Workday TAP, CRM champion)
    • May become CP for DBS tool
    Preferred Background and Skills
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 6+ years of recruiting experience, including coaching hiring managers, developing and executing innovative search techniques, and cultivating talent pipelines; experience working with a large corporation preferred
    • Demonstrated track record of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Collaborates effectively with key stakeholders
    • Displays continuous improvement mindset and uses data to solve problems
    • Resilient in the face of challenging situations
    Language Skills

English fluency required. Additional language skills may be required based on country norms

Travel

Less than 10%
