Role Overview: The Warranty Trainee will be responsible for generating knowledge and skills to ensure timely analysis of returned parts. This role involves supporting various activities and achieving individual performance metrics in collaboration with Warranty Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement projects that enhance current processes and daily operations, with monthly evaluations to ensure timely execution.
• Participate in Failure Tree Analysis (FTA) and Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodologies to cultivate analytical problem-solving skills.
• Maintain Level 5a 'S' standards in R&D laboratories and Warranty Quarantine areas.
• Create and update databases related to supplier chargebacks, including intercompany audits.
• Support Cost Engineering through Bill of Materials (BOM) audits.
• Submit and implement a minimum of five process improvements each month.
• Identify and report safety findings.
