We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products supplied by our external partners, maintaining the SQTS system updated according to failures documented with suppliers, and implementing corrective actions to solve problems.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on reported problems with suppliers;">
  • Monitor the development and improvement of quality indicators Suppliers;">
  • Generate QN (Quality notice) to suppliers for reported failures and their closure on time;">
  • Update the SQTS system and document failures with suppliers;">
  • Monitor the IATF/16949 Quality System;">
  • Implement BIQS requirements towards suppliers;">
  • Maintain supplier action plans to reduce impacts in the Plant;">
  • Monitor supplier quality indicators: SPPMs, SCRAP, Supplier Scorecard;">
  • Promote 100% coverage of each clause involved in Lear LPOF system audits;">
  • Achieve, maintain, and improve product quality;">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Professional Industrial Engineering or related degree;">

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
