Customer Service Representative - Car Insurance Support

Are you a customer service enthusiast who wants to make a difference in the insurance industry? We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Confie in Tijuana. As a key member of our Call Center, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, helping them understand their car insurance policies and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with general inquiries related to their car insurance policies
  • Provide friendly and efficient support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our clients
  • Work closely with our team to resolve any issues and provide solutions to our clients

Requirements:

  • Fluent conversational skills in both English and Spanish (B2 level or higher)
  • Previous Call Center experience, ideally in a customer service environment
  • Basic computer skills
