We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Transformation Specialist to join our team at Assurant, Inc. This individual will play a critical role in automating business processes and leveraging Alteryx to support Accounting and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and troubleshoot Alteryx workflows, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that optimize the Alteryx experience.
- Work with internal teams to gather requirements, prototype, architect, implement, and update solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Power Platform applications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance the overall efficiency of the Alteryx support function.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Alteryx platform, including Designer, Server, and ancillary tools.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Alteryx releases and best practices, actively participating in the Alteryx user community.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management Information System, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with Alteryx Designer and Server.
- Proven experience troubleshooting complex Alteryx workflows and server issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in managing large-scale production critical change management processes and tools.
- Experience with analytics and automation tools like Tableau, Microsoft Power Platform, Oracle Cloud ERP, IBM EPA, and Blackline.
