As a Finance Business Partner Senior, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating the Plant's financial affairs, reviewing major economic objectives and policies for the Plant. You will also support the financial well-being of the Site by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing plans and leading staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of accounting operations.
  • Oversee the financial operations of the Plant.
  • Analyze financial results with respect to costs, trends, and compliance with budgets.
  • Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to Senior management.
  • Forecast financial performance.
  • Lead Financial staff and guide members of the Finance team.
  • Budgeting and expense control.
  • Understand and mitigate key elements of the Site's risk profile.
  • Provide strategic guidance around capital expenses.
  • Develop and maintain all necessary accounting policies and systems.
  • Assist Senior management in financial planning and results.
Requirements
  • Accuracy in forecasting results.
  • Savings.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accountant/Finance/Business/IT.

7-10 years of experience in Accountant/Finance/Business.

Language

English (80%)-Spanish.
