About the Role

Vivo Mobile is seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Specialist to join our LATAM team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills of our field force teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and update training-related systems, data, and resource integration to align with our retail strategy.
  • Formulate and implement annual and monthly training plans, including online and offline country training, and conduct thorough evaluations.
  • Design and produce high-quality training materials, including video teaching materials, to support the development of our field force teams.
  • Develop and implement targeted training projects for new products, performance, onboarding, and internal trainer selection.
  • Collaborate with the team to complete other retail or training-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • College degree or above, with more than 3 years of training experience in a similar position.
  • Proven skills in efficient training material development, PPT design, and training project implementation.
  • Experience in manufacturing and retail enterprises is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Spanish, with the ability to work in multiple languages.
  • Ability to travel abroad for extended periods.
