The Team and Job Summary

We are seeking an Infrastructure Specialist Assistant to join our Information and Technology team in our Mexico office. This role requires a well-rounded individual with strong organizational skills, flexibility, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will be able to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and manage equipment disposal tickets and inventory.
  2. Manage existing and current inventory EOL to ITAD.
  3. Coordinate purchasing and tech dispatches with vendors.
  4. Coordinate installation and configuration with SHI or Converge.
  5. Coordinate with SHI tech dispatch to IMAC and M&A Projects.
  6. Check for live printers and gather device information.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
  2. Experience as an Infrastructure, Service desk, or IT management assistant.
  3. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  4. Strong project management skills.
  5. Able to meet deadlines while being detail-oriented.
  6. Exceptional customer service skills.
  7. Strong independent work ethic and leadership skills.
  8. Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
