You will provide expert-level support and troubleshooting assistance for enterprise software-related issues, incidents, and escalations.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

* Minimum of X years of experience working with enterprise-level software solutions, with specific expertise in Broadcom products preferred

* Proven track record of success as a Subject Matter Expert or similar role in enterprise software management, implementation, or support

* In-depth understanding of enterprise software architectures, technologies, and frameworks

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and analytically about complex issues

* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences

* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

* Certifications in relevant enterprise software technologies or methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Agile, Scrum) is a plus

* Strong project management skills and experience leading or contributing to enterprise software projects from conception to completion
