About the Role

Ntt Data is seeking a skilled Release Manager to join our team in a dynamic enterprise IT environment. As a Release Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the planning and delivery of high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage release schedules and milestones to ensure timely and successful software deployments.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and remove obstacles to release, to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Operations, to ensure their needs are met and proper control processes are in place.
  • Communicate plans and status, and escalate issues as required, to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT Release Management, with a strong ability to drive tasks to completion independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to look into release best practices, assess which may be applied to a problem space, and ultimately advocate for and represent an implementation.
  • Expertise with Slack, Google Docs, and experience working with technology and implementations for enterprise IT application platforms, such as Salesforce, Oracle E-Business Suite, and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • At least 3-6 years of IT Release Management experience in an enterprise IT application development environment.
  • Familiarity with Service Management and change control processes.
