- Team Coordination: Track team deliverables and milestones to ensure timely completion. Facilitate communication and collaboration among Workforce Management team members. Support resource allocation and capacity planning efforts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to align Workforce Management strategies with organizational goals. Act as a liaison between Workforce Management and other functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- Desire bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience, 6+ months, in Workforce Management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Workforce Management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Workforce Management software).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in project management or PMO functions is desirable.
- Certification in Workforce Management (e.g., SWPP Certified Workforce Management Professional) is a plus.
