Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Workforce Management projects. Gather data and perform analysis to support project decision-making. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Serve as administrative support for the Workforce Management leadership team. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for events and meetings. Prepare and distribute presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
  • Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain Workforce Management-related data and documentation. Perform data analysis and generate reports to support Workforce Management initiatives. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all Workforce Management systems and reports.
  • Team Coordination: Track team deliverables and milestones to ensure timely completion. Facilitate communication and collaboration among Workforce Management team members. Support resource allocation and capacity planning efforts.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to align Workforce Management strategies with organizational goals. Act as a liaison between Workforce Management and other functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Desire bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience, 6+ months, in Workforce Management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of Workforce Management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Workforce Management software).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in project management or PMO functions is desirable.
  • Certification in Workforce Management (e.g., SWPP Certified Workforce Management Professional) is a plus.
