Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at RCF Industrial Mexico. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials and equipment for our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet company needs.
- Monitor and manage invoices and payments made to suppliers through Prodensa.
- Enter invoices and Bill of Lading in the SAP system.
- Source suppliers for required materials and equipment, and develop credit applications.
- Monitor relevant information to maintain the 5s program and measure operational effectiveness using analytics.
Requirements:
- English language proficiency (C2 level).
- Completed professional career.
- 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Knowledge of Oracle system (desirable).
- Office Suite and SAP skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Travel more than 80% of the workday within the work center.
- Carry objects under 5 kg more than 80% of the workday.
