About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales success in our Monterrey and metropolitan territory, overseeing a network of 60 retail stores that offer our insurance products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Store Visits and Support: Regularly visit each store to engage with staff, provide training, and motivate them to achieve sales targets.
  2. Sales Performance Review: Review and follow up on sales performance across different retail stores in your territory.
  3. Leadership and Feedback: Establish sales commitments and hold regular feedback sessions with managers and team leaders to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to upsell products.
  4. Product and Sales Training: Provide periodic training on product knowledge and sales techniques to ensure staff are equipped to sell extended warranties and other relevant products.
  5. Operational Support: Ensure stores are fully supplied with necessary materials, including Terms & Conditions contracts and point of sale material.
  6. Administrative Tasks: Spend 10% of your time in the office on administrative tasks, such as reporting on sales and training activity, expense reports, and operational meetings.
Requirements
  1. Relevant Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in a similar role or as a supervisor or manager in a retail setting.
  2. Product Knowledge: Knowledge of electronic equipment sales, such as laptops, home appliances, and audio and video systems, is an advantage.
  3. Key Skills: Good negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills, as well as solid administrative, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Results-Oriented Approach: A results-oriented approach and experience in providing sales training and feedback are essential.
