Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Quality Assurance Specialist to support the integrity and quality of components manufactured throughout the entire value chain from production to the end customer for our North American Automotive Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Quality Processes: Develop and implement quality control plans, manage quality metrics, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct quality audits, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, communicate quality-related issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to improve quality processes and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
