About the Role
We are seeking a strong and experienced full-time Senior Customer Support Associate to join our growing team. This role is crucial to the operations team and offers opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer and host inquiries related to our products and services.
- Assist our community of hosts and partners with questions and requests pertaining to our platform, upcoming experiences, tools, and communication.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and answer questions.
- Participate in other projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a customer service role.
- Professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the position.
- Ability to be resourceful and responsive.
- Strong interest or experience in the culinary world.
- Ability to work efficiently and distraction-free in a home office environment.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Excel.
- Experience working with a CRM.
