As a Logistics Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient delivery of finished goods to customers across various distribution centers. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing customer and STO orders, assessing shipping requirements, and executing order releases via Spotlight or SAP. You will also be accountable for managing orders to guarantee exceptional customer service, meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as OFR, LSC, and RAD.

  • Review and manage customer and STO orders to ensure accurate and efficient delivery processing.
  • Assess shipping requirements and execute order releases via Spotlight or SAP.
  • Manage orders to guarantee exceptional customer service, meeting KPIs such as OFR, LSC, and RAD.

Your Impact:

As a Logistics Supply Chain Coordinator, your functions will include:

  • Processing Sales Orders (SOs) in Spotlight and/or SAP system and releasing them to WMS/3PL to meet Requested Delivery Dates.
  • Utilizing precut reports to identify recovery and providing information to customer service responsible for communicating with customers and identifying whether orders need to be held or shipped.
  • Proactively reviewing and responding to requests in Spotlight from customer service and planners on cuts when requested, identifying and resolving customer order & inventory replenishment issues within the scope and authority of the position.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a candidate with a BA/BS degree in Order Management, Inventory Replenishment, Demand or Supply Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Customer Service. The ideal candidate will have written and verbal fluency in English, proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), and learning agility with the ability to quickly learn SAP and Tableau.
