Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Officer - Loss Prevention to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol all areas of the property to prevent and detect potential security threats
  • Assist guests with room access and respond to emergencies
  • Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and fire life safety systems
  • Conduct daily physical hazard inspections and report any findings
  • Respond to accidents, contact emergency services as needed, and administer first aid/CPR
  • Assist guests and employees during emergency situations and notify relevant personnel
  • Complete incident reports and maintain confidentiality of all security-related documents
  • Conduct investigations and gather evidence as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No related work experience necessary, but a strong background in security or law enforcement is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
