Job Summary

As a Compliance, Risk Management & Business Process Excellence Specialist, you will support the Mexican affiliate in implementing and following up on the framework for healthcare and business compliance. You will enable the Affiliate to continuously improve its integrity mindset and patient-centric focus through the implementation of all compliance initiatives, detecting compliance gaps, and training employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for the compliance framework and cultivate a culture of integrity and ethical business practices in line with Roche values and external requirements.
  • Assist the chapter lead in implementing and executing corporate principles, policies, guidelines, and codes of conduct to ensure ethical behavior, preserving Roche's reputation and the trust of partners.
  • Raise awareness within the organization regarding compliance with local and international regulations and corporate guidelines.
  • Ensure transparency through adequate review mechanisms and reporting, including setting up and managing the Local Compliance Committee.
  • Monitor and follow procedures and tools to uphold compliance standards.
  • Report internal violations or potential breaches of compliance standards to global functions.
  • Aid in the production of technical documentation for Corporate Audit readiness and assist in ensuring consistent adherence to established processes and guidelines across all teams, supporting the identification of process gaps, and implementing process, tools, and resource enhancements.

Requirements

  • You have a valid ID and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • You have 2 plus years of experience in managing compliance topics and projects.
  • You have working experience preparing, performing, reporting, and following Audits.
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Desirable Individual Characteristics: Team worker, high performance under pressure, and minimum supervision.
