**Your Key Responsibilities:**
Maintaining compliance procedures to ensure company-wide adherence to trade regulations
Reviewing and updating changes in Customs and other Government Agencies legislation, international trade operations, new trade agreements, and other programs that may impact Baxter
Identifying potential trade compliance risks for Baxter and developing strategies to mitigate them
Supporting Government and internal audits focused on customs compliance
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
**What We're Looking For:**
University/bachelor's degree
5 years confirmed experience in Trade Compliance, Global Trade, International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Import/Export
Fluent in English
Experience implementing Global Trade software preferred
