Job Title: Leads Specialist Representative

Viamericas is a leading provider of international money transfer, bill payment, and check processing services. We are committed to helping immigrants succeed and improve their lives through our financial services.

The Lead Sales Representative plays a crucial role in identifying potential customers and clients for our organization. This individual will be responsible for searching for new business opportunities, working with the sales team to improve client quality, and managing leads through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Keep accurate records of lead interactions and follow up on leads.
  • Responsible for "hunting" clients and businesses in new markets.
  • Provide regular updates to Business Development Executives and Regional Managers on lead status.
  • Assist the Business Solutions team as needed.
  • Ensure the lead database is up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous sales and customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Working Conditions:

This position requires daily office attendance and occasional travel (domestic and international). Weekend availability is also required.
