Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth and expansion.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee and manage financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including financial statements and management reports.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and US GAAP accounting rules, as well as internal policies and procedures.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in financial leadership and operations.
  • Skills: Strong financial acumen, leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: FIA Diploma, Dipl. IFRS, ACCA/CIMA in progress or equivalent knowledge required.
