Job Summary:

Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve operational excellence and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage a Team: You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of manufacturing professionals to achieve operational excellence and drive business results.
  • Set Clear Goals and Expectations: You will set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure they have the resources and tools they need to succeed.
  • Foster a Collaborative Team Culture: You will foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture that encourages open communication, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure Effective Project Execution: You will ensure that projects and initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently, and that team members have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals.
  • Identify and Implement Process Improvements: You will identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and productivity, and ensure that best practices are adopted across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of driving results and achieving targets.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role, focused in manufacturing production, with a strong background in operations management and team leadership.
