Key responsibilities include:
- Championing service delivery excellence and driving process enhancement projects to elevate service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Mentoring and supporting team members to cultivate a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Managing HR service requests and ensuring responsive and precise solutions that align with our high service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Fostering collaborative partnerships with HR business partners and other key stakeholders to enable fluid service delivery and tackle complex HR challenges.
- Developing and upholding standard operating procedures to confirm consistent service excellence and full compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a seasoned background in HR operations or shared services, including leadership experience. Proficient in managing HR systems and familiar with HR processes, policies, and legislation. Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire a team and engage with stakeholders effectively.
