As a Lead Business Research Analyst at Infomineo, you will take charge of conducting in-depth research, addressing client inquiries, and guiding a team of analysts in fulfilling business and investment research requirements across various sectors and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research, respond to client inquiries, and effectively lead a team of analysts and associates in business and investment research.
- Provide training, leadership, and mentorship to team members, clearly defining roles and establishing efficient processes.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring quality assurance and implementing QA processes to meet high client standards.
- Oversee multiple clients, projects, and teams simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing budgets effectively.
- Clarify objectives, timelines, and responsibilities for team members.
- Serve as a professional development coach, offering guidance, training, constructive feedback, and career advancement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Professional Development team to design and deliver high-quality training programs.
- Foster a motivating environment within the team to achieve excellence.
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening candidates to ensure the right fit.
- Support various initiatives that are crucial to the company's success.
Who You Are
- Possess a master's degree and at least four years of relevant experience.
- Have experience in team management.
- Adept at analyzing challenges, developing solutions, and executing them effectively.
- Creative and resourceful, with the ability to gather information using diverse tools.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Demonstrate effective management skills with a proven track record of coordinating workflows and ensuring quality for small to medium-sized teams.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional languages such as Portuguese, French, or Italian is advantageous.
- Experienced with research databases.
