We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Global Fidelis Solution Implementation Expert. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take ownership of specific integration and development tasks, contributing directly to project objectives and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in solution engineering activities, collaborating with senior team members to design, implement, and optimize solutions that meet project requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct testing activities, including test case execution, results analysis, and defect tracking, to validate the functionality and quality of technology solutions.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement based on testing results, identifying opportunities to enhance performance, usability, and reliability.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility to support knowledge sharing and transfer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and implement solutions that meet business needs and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and experience in technology integration, development, and troubleshooting, with a track record of successfully delivering technology solutions.
  • Experience using contact center technologies such as Genesys, Zendesk, CRM tools (required).
  • Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results within established timelines and quality standards, with a focus on achieving project objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and senior team members to implement solutions effectively.
  • Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, with experience in executing testing activities, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Proficiency in documentation practices and tools, with the ability to create, maintain, and update project documentation to support project delivery and knowledge sharing.

Salary and Benefits:
