Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Packaging Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our packaging team, you will be responsible for the development, validation, and supply of packaging for new and current programs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely availability of packaging for new and running programs.
  • Comply with product realization plan dates for packaging deliveries.
  • Generate and maintain documentation for customer and supplier packaging specifications.
  • Establish communication with customers and suppliers to align packaging strategies.
  • Implement and maintain packaging standards for suppliers and customers.
  • Develop standard packaging guidelines for safety, quality, ergonomics, and material flow requirements.
  • Carry out tests to improve current packaging.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure packaging compliance with defined standards.
  • Maintain the packaging database and coordinate special projects for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in project meetings, engineering changes, and logistics processes.
  • Develop business cases for packaging cost savings projects.
