Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in a managerial commercial position in the real estate sector.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
- Experience with residential projects in Quintana Roo.
- Experience in developing and implementing business strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
