Job DescriptionThe Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Business Systems Analyst is responsible for triage of CFDI invoice errors, facilitation of error corrections, execution of revenue controls, gathering requirements, user acceptance testing of L2C applications, and driving resolution to business production issues.
This role supports various L2C systems within CPKC, including SAP S4, SAP TM, SAP ECC, SAP CRM, Customer Portal, and legacy finance and order management and rating applications.
Accountabilities- Support of CFDI (Digital Tax Receipt via the Internet), including triage of errors, facilitation of error correction, and validating these documents in accordance with SAT guidelines.
- Execution of revenue controls in SAP S4 BRIM.
- Reporting using SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Support of all L2C systems including SAP S4 BRIM, SAP ECC, SAP Transportation Management, CPKC Customer Portals, and CPKC proprietary rating and order management systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Information Technology related discipline.
- Experience with SAP Modules, particularly SAP S4 Hana – BRIM (CI & FICA).
- Experience with CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) and Mexican Tax Administration (SAT).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Moderate level of guidance and direction received from superiors. Ability to adjust to changing priorities and manage customer/stakeholder expectations.
