- Manage external application hosting service providers.
- Ensure efficient SLA monitoring, budget management, and continuous improvement for external hosting providers in collaboration with the vendor management team.
- Troubleshoot reported issues by IT applications teams and involve necessary IT WIO teams.
- Manage app registrations and certificates.
- Implement, govern, coordinate, consult, and run middleware platforms on MES or SAP systems.
- Expert functions: In MII-MES infrastructure, SAP landscape, and job monitoring cloud platforms.
- Consult and support customers and users based on their use cases.
- Enhance production service areas to enable new application technologies and Industry 4.0 processes, working with the expert team 'Production service areas' together with IT production, IT quality teams, and business teams.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or engineering.
- Solid base on IT infrastructure, including networking and servers management.
- Critical thinking, communication, and research skills.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing processes and interfaces with enterprise systems.
- English speaking and writing skills.
- Experience with IT delivery and support teams.
- Collaboration with other global IT workstream teams.
