Italian Market Growth DriverWe are seeking a highly skilled Italian Market Growth Driver to lead our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team in the Italian market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, managing the team's productivity, and making data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Manage and motivate a team of SDRs to meet individual and team targets.
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions and improve team performance.
- Foster a positive and high-energy work environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork.
- Proven experience as a B2B sales manager with a strong track record of success.
- Fluent English and Italian language skills.
- Data analysis and decision-making skills to drive business growth.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to manage and motivate a team.
- Passion for technology and sales with a desire to learn and grow.
