**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform a wide variety of electronic or electromechanical assembly tasks to support development requirements in pre-production projects.
- Work from schematics, plans, and oral instructions to build assemblies, subassemblies, and development components.
- Conduct quality checks and testing.
- Interact with development or manufacturing engineering personnel.
**Requirements:**
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
