**Product Vision & Strategy**:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our growing team at Igroove Ag. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our software products that support artists and music distribution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure our products meet the needs of our users and align with Igroove Ag's mission and business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Igroove Ag's goals and addresses the needs of artists and music distribution stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the music industry.
  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized, up-to-date, and reflects the latest priorities and requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders (artists, internal teams, partners) and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and requirements.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient and effective product development.

**Requirements**:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development, preferably within the music, entertainment, or technology industries.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and vice versa.
  • Familiarity with modern software architectures, APIs, and cloud services is a plus.
