**Job Purpose:**
As a key member of the Heineken team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational and tactical planning processes for our supply chain in the Americas region. This includes demand planning, production planning, finished goods import planning, and distribution/replenishment planning.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Participate in the OpCos S&OP monthly cycle and collaborate closely with local S&OP managers to provide insights and data for demand and supply discussions.
- Ensure the planning governance framework and ways of working between the regional hub and local planning teams are embedded within the OpCos organization and processes.
- Adhere to Heineken's global standards and methodologies regarding planning capabilities.
**Requirements:**
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain planning areas.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Fluent in English.
- Trips frequency: 1-2 trips per year.
- Knowledge of demand and supply planning, replenishment and inventory planning, materials requirement planning (MRP), and sales and operations planning (S&OP).
