**Your Role and Responsibilities**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring daily cash positions and forecasting cash flow requirements;
  • Executing cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and minimize borrowing costs;
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and receipts;
  • Managing relationships with banking partners and negotiating terms for cash management services;
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline cash management processes and implementing best practices;
  • Preparing cash flow reports and analyzing variances to forecast;
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of cash management policies and procedures;
  • Staying informed about industry trends and regulatory developments related to cash management.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial data. Knowledge of banking platforms and cash management software is preferred. You should also have Excel proficiency and be proficient in English (B2 level) and Spanish (native fluency).

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**

A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is highly desirable. We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in cash management or treasury operations.

**Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year
