As a Digital Advertising Solutions Strategist at Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our enterprise self-service clients on the DSP. With 300+ million worldwide active customer accounts, and first-party insights based on shopping, streaming and browsing signals, you will craft relevant campaigns that enhance customer experiences.

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our clients in developing and deepening long-term relationships by owning end-to-end engagements including training, onboarding and implementation, technical support and troubleshooting. You will drive strategic consultation of DSP best practices with clients spanning campaign setup/optimization and integrations, serving as a point of escalation and advocate for the client within Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will define priorities for campaign management and optimization initiatives based on your deep knowledge of the industry, its competitive landscape and key business issues.
  • You will own the relationship with programmatic trading desk managers, engaging with multiple customer organizational levels to understand business objectives.
  • You will provide services such as onboarding, trade desk support plans, feature training, continuous product usage consultation, and industry best practices.
  • You will analyze and interpret data to identify improvement areas, root causes, and formulate enablement and adoption recommendations.
  • You will drive the evolution of Amazon DSP by assisting customers with product beta participation, capturing customer feedback, and collaborating closely with cross-functional Amazon teams.
  • You will define and improve processes and tools for the Programmatic Solutions Consultant team to better serve customers.
A Day in the Life

A typical engagement with our customers could include onboarding new traders, delivering trainings on new product features, assisting a customer with a beta feature, providing oversight in execution of campaign strategy, developing campaign optimization recommendations and monitoring their impact, and conducting deep dives to determine root causes of issues and informing customers of the best course of action.

You will operate as a trusted advisor to customers every day, ensuring they gradually develop into proficient users of our DSP, who see Amazon DSP as their preferred means to their goals.
